How do you use the CMST CD?
Make yourself comfortable and find somewhere quiet and warm where you will not be disturbed.
Put the CD on and RELAX.
You may find that you go to sleep. This often happens and is quite natural. When the CD has finished you will naturally awaken. Don’t rush around straight away. Give yourself some YOU time for half an hour if you can.
You may prefer to listen to the CD when you go to bed, in which case you will be able to carry on sleeping after the CD has finished.
